Research On The Regional Cooperation Of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Agglomeration

With the relation to economic globalization and regional integration, urban agglomeration is becoming the new driving force,because it breaks the administrative divisions and promotes regional economic development. Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration has been the most biggest urban agglomeration in the north of china.From1990s to now Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration has been growing better and better. Because of the political advantage and the whole efforts.This paper has combined the development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration from the actural situation,and summarized the area of cooperation.With the depth of cooperation,more questions are coming up,such as how to deal with the status of Beijing and Tianjin, unreasonable Economic Gradient Process weaking the radiation ability and so on.In terms of industry,there are same industry and breakage of industry chain;the infrastructure construction is slower than the economic growth;the ecologic environment faces challenges. So,we should take measures to solve these problems learning from other countries.First,find a new way to deal with the relation between Beijing and Tianjin,second establish a multi-center and high authority organization---Regional Cooperation Council.third,adjust the layout of industry,last,paly more emphasis on the infrastructure construction and ecological environment.
