Research On Regional Difference About The Modern Service Industry And The Development Of Cooperation Of Beijing, Tianjin And Hebei

In recent years, regional economic level is improved and the economic aggregate isincreasing among Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei. Modern service industry in the provinceof Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei plays a more and more important role in the developmentof region economy; Beijing-tianjin-hebei region is becoming more and more attention to thedevelopment of district modern service industry, introducing policies to promote thedevelopment of modern service industry. But there is still a large gap in beijing-tianjin-hebeiregion, causing the regional division of labor is not clear, so the region can not make full useof resource, thus regional economic growth potential is not fully developed, and then affectthe development of the regional economy as a whole. Modern service industry is increasinglybecoming an important sign of economic development level of a country ora region, playing an irreplaceable role to the regional economic development, so promotingthe coordinated development of modern service industry of the beijing-tianjin-hebei region isone of the important ways to realize the coordinated development of beijing-tianjin-hebeiregion. In February,2014,General Secretary Xi Jinping hosted the meeting about thecoordinated development of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei, which puts forward seven demands,and stressed that realize the coordinated development of beijing-tianjin-hebei is a majornational strategy, which embodies the state’s emphasis on the regional development.Thecoordinated development of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei is put forward in the background ofspeeding up the adjustment of industrial structure and the transformation of the mode ofeconomic development in China, speeding up the development of modern service in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei which not only cracked the three bottle neck of development, but alsorealize the complementary advantages of modern service industry of the beijing-tianjin-hebeiregion, promote the development of the bohai sea economic.Thus,enhancing the overallcompetitiveness of the region. Based on the predecessor to the service industry andmodern service industry regional differences on the results of the study, carried outa scientific and reasonable definition of modern service industry, modern service industry inthis district as the research object, from the perspective of cooperative developmentof regional differences in analysis of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei of modern service industry, and points out the factors affecting the difference of the modern service industry ofBeijing,Tianjin and Hebei.Finally,putting forward some counter measures and suggestions topromote the coordinated development of modern service industry in Beijing, Tianjin andHebei.This thesis consists of six parts. Firstly, introuducing the topic’s background andsignificance, the main contents, the methods and possible innovation andinadequacies. Secondly, mainly describes the literature review about the problem of themodern service industry and related research, and carries on the reorganization and theinduction. Based on previous literature research and combined with the current developmentof modern service industry in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei. The thesis divides modern serviceindustry into modern logistics industry, financial services industry, computer service andsoftware industry, leasing and business service industry， information transmissionservice industry and scientific research and technical service of geological explorationindustry. Thirdly, through the relevant data of statistical yearbook of consolidation, analyzingthe current situation of the development of modern service industry in the province ofBeijing,Tianjin and Hebei, and analyzing the development situation of each industry in theregion, regional differences.Fourthly,the thesis also use the statistical methods of quantitativeanalyzing the modern service industry in the region of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei, found thatmodern service industry in the absolute difference in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei is graduallyexpanding, but the relative differences gradually presents narrowing trend.So the thesis pointsout its influenceing factors. Fifthly, using the shift-share analyzing the advantage anddevelopment prospect of respective industry of modern service industry in Beijing,Tianjinand Hebei various segments of the industry competitiveness and the Beijing,Tianjin andHebei.Finally,according to the region of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei puts forward somesuggestions to facilitate the collaborative development of modern service industry.
