With the development of economic globalization, the competition is intensified. To the coal industry enterprises, culture has become an important survival factor and a major driving force. To an enterprise, outstanding culture is not only beneficial for the integration of enterprise resources, to achieve optimal allocation of corporate resources, but also to enterprise management, marketing and brand building to enhance all aspects of competitive advantage. Therefore, the enterprise can strengthen the culture to build and enhance the core competitiveness.Yang Huopan coal attaches great importance to build the safety culture, and achieve a long-term "zero death" safe production target. However, with the social and business development, the enterprise must be innovation of the corporate culture, because the traditional corporate culture can be insufficient to support to build the core competitiveness. In this paper, the author researches and analysis the culture innovation model of Yang Huopan coal, and summarizes as " green corporate culture, people-oriented corporate culture, teamwork corporate culture, innovation a corporate culture, organizational of learning corporate culture". And the author studied status and results of implementation.Some conclusions in this paper has been proved to be successful by the practice. The corporate culture not only is useful for our country’s coal industry enterprises to build corporate culture, but also provides a reference for other industries and enterprises to build corporate culture.
