Small and medium sized enterprise (SME) has been a very important force in thesocial and economic composition. SME can attract more employees, alleviate thecontradictions in the socio-economic, increase social wealth, stimulate the socialeconomy continues to move forward and development, escort for healthy and orderlyof development of society. SME in order to achieve sustainable develop, can not dowithout corporate culture innovation and technological innovation.This paper is study on SME corporate culture innovation and technologicalinnovation for subject. First, this paper discusses issues relate to SME corporateculture innovation and technological innovation, and analyses the three relationshipsassociate with research subject. Then, it focuses on research SME corporate cultureinnovation and technological innovation.First of all, this article focuses on the relationship and interaction between SMEcorporate culture innovation and technological innovation. On the one hand, SMEtechnological innovation determines SME corporate culture innovation. First, SMEtechnological innovation cultivates the company ethos and corporate values. Secondly,SME technological innovation promotes the innovation of enterprise system. Finally,SME technological innovation shapes the corporate image. On the other hand, SMEcorporate culture innovation has an inverse effect on SME technological innovation.First, SME corporate culture innovation is the spiritual pillar of technologicalinnovation. Secondly, SME corporate culture innovation guides technologicalinnovation value orientation. Last but not least, SME corporate culture innovation hasan important impact in formation of the dynamic mechanism of technologicalinnovation.Secondly, this article discusses the current situation and problem of SMEcorporate culture innovation and technological innovation in China. In terms of SME corporate culture innovation, it lacks of personality and characteristic, it is only thebehavior of the minority leader’s will, it is emphasizes on short-term benefits andignores the need for long-term development of enterprises. In terms of SMEtechnological innovation, it lacks of a sound system, and reserve forces is not enough.It lacks of innovative talents and can not form an effective incentive mechanism. Thisarticle proposes the solution to the problem. On the one hand, SME should bestrengthened the importance of corporate culture innovation, according to companyown situation, meet the needs of the technological innovation and the externalenvironment to carry out corporate culture innovation, create an efficient operation ofthe enterprise environment for technological innovation,and promote SMEtechnological innovation continue moving forward. On the other hand, SME shouldaccelerate to establish the sound of technological innovation, cultivate thetechnological innovation talents, and increase investment in technological innovationby cooperative means to strive for more supports, and lay a solid foundation for SMEcorporate culture innovation.Last but not least, the article uses a case to the empirical analysis, concluded:first of all, technological innovation is the impetus to promote SME corporate cultureinnovation, it determines the SME corporate culture innovation. Secondly, SMEcorporate culture innovation has reaction to technological innovation, promotes thedevelopment of technological innovation actively. Finally, SME want to achievesustained and steady development, should combine corporate culture innovation andtechnological innovation, and make them to work together to promote SME steadyforward.
