With the rapid development of the Internet,the pace of high-tech update iterations is staggering.Competition and development between traditional industries have escalated into competition for new talents and resources.The new generation of employees as the darling of the era,in this situation is very competitive,so their work and performance will determine the organization's upgrading and development.Emphasis on the new generation of employees and ability training have become an important part of the organization.80 s or 90 s has become the backbone of the talent structure.The new technologies and new knowledge it brings to the organization are the key to defending the status of the organization.The new generation of employees have unique growth experiences and backgrounds,and possess diverse values.They pursue personality,freedom,self-achievement awareness,etc.They have challenging spirit,are good at learning,and pay attention to the improvement of self-ability;the new generation of employees are unique.Their unique creativity and professionalism determine the innovation of the organization.Therefore,when organizations choose and retain them,they must not only meet their needs,they must also cater to what they love,and inspire their work enthusiasm.Therefore they will bring lasting vitality to the organization.This study mainly proposes research hypotheses and models on the basis of reviewing past research and combing the related theories and research results of person-organization fit,job engagenment,and job performance.This study conducted a descriptive statistical analysis and reliability test of 315 questionnaires collected by SPSS 20.0,and verified the variables using AMOS 20.0.Finally,the conclusions of this study were drawn and provided reference and related suggestions for enterprise management practices.The results of this study indicate:(1)Person-organization fit in the values,requirements and capabilities fit in with the new generation employees' task performance and contextual performance all have a positive predictive effect.(2)There is a significant positive effect between value-fitting,demand-fitting and capacity-matching and employee job engagement;there is a significant positive effect between job engagement and new-generation employee's task performance and contextual performance.(3)Employees' job engagement has a mediating role in person-organization fit and new generation employee's job performance.Job engagement has a mediation between value fits and employee's task performance and contextual performance;job engagement has a partial mediation between demand fits and employee's task performance,contextual performance;job engagement plays some mediating roles in ability fit and employee's task performance,or contextual performance.
