In recent years, as the new force of payment industry, Third-Party payment organizations have played an important role on the payment market, along with the development of E-business and by means of Internet technology; they have developed the flexibility advantage adequately. Providing various individual and different products via the strong adhesive force of customer.Payment market of China has encountered a important development opportunity. The development of traditional Internet, Internet of Things and Cloud computing, and the integration of the Payment industry of them, provided massive driving force for development and innovation of payment service for retail market. Continuously stable economy development, enormous consumer market and the formation of the bank card payment habit have provided expansive development space for bank card payment service industry.This research is based on YS company who has hold the biggest market share of off line order received for Third-Party payment organization, according to the analysis of current business status of YS company, highlight the possible problems of market missing since lack of integration product between on-line and off-line business under the current rapidly development of internet. SWOT analysis based on the U-Link product which YS company focused on020area, provided reasonable development strategy, and define detailed development target and supporting measures for U-Link products of YS company, in order to establish a development strategy suitable with real situation of YS company and market environment. To provide a reference for the Long-term sustainable development for Third-Party payment industry by studying the020development strategy.
