Strategic management is the overall planning of the enterprise, in order to obtain the long-term survival and continued development under the intense change and serious challenges of business environment. More specifically, strategic management is under the condition of ensuring the enterprise duty, and base on the situation such as taking full advantage of the opportunities and innovations to identify the relationship with the trade environment. Rule the business scope, growth orientation and competitive strategies of enterprise, Rationalize the enterprise structure and distribute all the resources enable to gain some competitive advantage of the enterprise. Strategic management includes strategic analysis, strategy formulation, strategy implementation and strategy evaluation and domination. According to the pharmaceutical industry status quo, this article through the discussion of the strategic management theory, analyzes the development strategy of Kangshenyuan Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.
