With the deepening of the health care reform, the government issued a comprehensive control of the medical reform policies to regulate drug prices, making this on the lower margin of the pharmaceutical circulation industry even worse. And my company is located in the private economy developed Zhejiang province,medicine circulation market competition is intense. Under the condition of the health reform deepening constantly, in the pharmaceutical bidding under the ongoing, falling prices in the suppliers and purchasers, hospital continuously the second price negotiation, sales growth enterprise market has been sluggish, profit margins are compressed further. In the industry innovation and upgrading the environment, to adapt G pharmaceutical circulation company's development strategy, development and catch up with rivals, keep G company has a competitive advantage is the theme of this paper.Based on G company related issues involved in it's development strategy as the research object, through a series of interviews, the G company carried out extensive and in-depth research.
