With the accelerated process of population aging,the health service industry is booming,and the demand for Chinese medicine service is becoming more and more exuberant.From the beginning of 2016,the national vigorously promote the development of Chinese medicine industry,health,medical support combined and provides a new way for the pharmaceutical enterprises,the environment and feudal lords vying for the throne will appear in a new round of competition.Henan province Sizhitang Pharmaceutical Company Limited(hereinafter referred to as:Sizhitang company)was established in 1956,since the public-private enterprise development for the health industry group company.Since 2003,the operation of the market has brought about vigorous development opportunities,and the development of the third terminal has made the drug market active and unprecedented.Since the beginning of 2015,the state has tried two votes system,the camp changed to increase,so that enterprises are facing enormous challenges,the need to strengthen the development strategy planning.This paper is divided into five chapters,according to the logic structure of the case company "strategic environment analysis-development strategy selection-strategic implementation measures".Through the analysis of the strategic environment of Sizhitang company,found Sizhitang company has certain internal resources and capabilities,while its business environment is in a relatively favorable environment.Sizhitang company has advanced technology,resource sharing platform,brand and other advantages,and has a range of products a single,narrow channels of market weakness,existing time-honored industry revitalization plan,the Chinese medicine industry support policies and other aspects of the opportunity,also facing extensive marketing mode gradually be eliminated,resulting in health care reform cooperation benefits reducing agents,itself does not have the stability characteristics and other aspects of the threat.According to the analysis of Sizhitang company strategy environment SWOT,target development strategy of Sizhitang company,divided into two levels,one is the market development goals,companies need to establish Sizhitang in combat as soon as possible a set of departments to improve the management mechanism,training mechanism,sales representative of the market model.Two is the brand development goal,must let the impediment medicinal liquor to be able to move rapidly from the private clinic or the hospital to the city large-scale public hospital.Sizhitang companies need to adopt growth oriented development strategy,the company should take the differentiation strategy as the dominant strategy,all departments must become a team,the company's overall strategy to subdivide each department to.Differentiation strategy of Sizhitang company can improve product quality,strengthen brand building,enhance marketing efforts,strengthen the management of human resources to achieve differentiation.There are mainly three aspects of the guarantee measures for the implementation of the strategy,namely,strengthening the construction of enterprise culture,improving the organizational structure of enterprises and promoting the informatization level of enterprises.This paper aims to combine the traditional Chinese medicine industry environment changes,development environment analysis Sizhitang company,analyzes the competitive power of the company,according to the macroeconomic situation and the development trend of the competitive environment,with the combination of theory and practice,the use of industry competition structure model and SWOT analysis model,the development strategy of Sizhitang company at the system the analysis and research,and put forward the strategic development plans and measures for the company in the new era.The Sizhitang company's internal and external environment analysis,strategy development Sizhitang company,and formulate measures for implementing the strategy,of great significance to promote the sustainable development of Sizhitang company.
