·Along with our country attaches great importance to the issues of agriculture, the agriculture and rural economy development is undergoing profound changes, at the same time, the demand of information more prominent. The development of agricultural information construction provide many effective technical means for the rural production, management and life, and in the background of developing rural electronic commerce for the rural market has opened up a new space. The Chinese government has formulated a series of policies and regulations which support the rural e-commerce development to promote the development of e-commerce in rural areas. As rural entrepreneurs, small and micro businesses of rural should be rational use of the opportunities brought by information technology to improve operation efficiency. Under the background of rural information of agriculture on rural, to analysis the development situation of small miniature enterprise using electronic commerce, to help identify the location and the development goal of information environment of small micro enterprises in rural areas, to find countermeasures for its development, to integrate into the information environment construction as soon as possible, at last, promoting small miniature enterprise itself which also push forward the development of rural information. The thesis is composed of five parts.Chapter1is introduction. This chapter is talking about background and problems of dissertation, expounding the current situation of rural information, and rural Small and micro businesses concept and the characteristic, situation.Chapter2is analysis of rural Small and micro businesses e-commerce development. Review the information and data collected, mainly from the rural small micro enterprise development electronic commerce implementation present situation, influence factors, trading platform and trading contents and other aspects of analysis. Secondly, the results of the analysis are summarized.Chapter3is analysis of the development trend of rural Small and micro businesses of electronic commerce and the existing. Rural e-commerce is like a raging fire, the development of rural area Small and micro businesses e-commerce gradually showing its own characteristics, the development trend of the solution is helpful to grasp the development process of rural area Small and micro businesses in the electronic commerce in question.Chapter4is the countermeasure and the suggestion of rural Small and micro businesses of electronic commerce. This part is the focus of the paper, mainly proposes countermeasures for the enterprise electronic commerce development from the government level, industry level and rural Small and micro businesses themselves, and strive to pragmatic and practical.Chapter4is summary. To sum up the characteristics, the focus of this paper, difficulties, lack of innovation and research, prospects for the rural Small and micro businesses of electronic commerce.
