| Land resources is the basis for the development of the industrial economy, and changes in land-use characteristics more closely associated with economic development. For a long time the extensive mode of economic growth in China has resulted in the use of land resources of high consumption, low output, the wasting is obvious. Now the rigid constraints of the land resource prompt us to find ways to improve land utilization and take conservation and intensive land use in a scientific and reasonable to take the road of sustainable development. As a result, comprehensive and profound analysis of the relationship between the development of regional land-use characteristics and industrial structure, has become the urgent need to address the theoretical and practical problems.In this paper, building evaluation system to evaluate the industrial structure of Zhengding County, then use the gray comprehensive correlation degree to calculate the contribution of land-use to the industrial structure and from the contribution to calculation the land use characteristics evaluation system value. Use the ARCGIS software to do two system spatial autocorrelation of Local Moran’I value calculation, To determine each township two system spatial correlation, And to get the cause of formation of the coordination to judge and improvement measures.The results of the study show that:(1) The fixed assets investment of land use is the biggest influence on the industrial structureIndustry development must be built on the basis of certain land, and because the land use is the nature of the large financial transactions, industry to develop must have strong financing ability, the fixed assets investment in the region is the connotation of land on the development of industry capital condition, This is consistent to our country at present stage development mainly relies on investment. The improvement of places fixed investment is have great role to intensive the use of land resources.(2) In the development of the industrial structure and land use, there is show the agglomeration of the same type coordination degree in space. A regional industrial structure and the development of the land use characteristics depends on both regional own various internal elements and the two systems’space layout. The cause of this is that both systems are influenced by locational factor in the coordination degree show Matthew effect. So to strengthen the policy guidance is necessary.(3) For regional coordination of space of two system, land system are greatly influenced by policy, the industrial structure is mainly affected by the regional historical development factors.This is mainly because our country executes strict land use management system, in the primary market of land in our country are under state control, for the nature and structure of land use has a strong control ability, but for relatively state control to relax some of the industrial structure, the market is relatively larger influence on it. So both sides presents different characteristics. |
