Research On Mutual Relationship Of Land Use Structure And Industrial Structure

Currently the adjustment of "land root" to control the national economy runningsmoothly has become an important means of national macroeconomic regulation and control.Land has played an important role in the macro control of the national economy, especially inthe control of the economic structure,the optimal regulation of land use structure is a veryeffective way.With the continuous economic development, industrial structure showsa upgrade trend,and the industrial structure which continues to optimize and upgrade is boundto put forward new demands on land use strcture. Rational land use structure will help toreduce industry costs, and promote industrial economic development. Therefore, combiningthe land use structure and industrial structure to, studying the linkages between them,coordinating the optimal allocation of land resources among different sectors, and to solvehow the industrial structure ultimately implement land-use structure will become the subjectof an urgent need to study. It is an important guiding significance to alleviate the currentindustrial development pressure on land resources and to strengthen the land involved in themacro-control.This paper takes Chengde city for example, starts from the analysis of spatial andtemporal changes of land use structure and industrial structure, uses information entropy andcorrelation analysis and linear regression analysis and other mathematical and statisticalmethods as methods, analyzes the interaction mechanism between land use structure andindustrial structure and the degree of the associate structures and the sensitivity of theassociate structures and efficiency and the degree of intensive use of land and structuraladjustment and matching,so as to explore the interrelationship between the two, seeking howto combinate the both, in order to build the best configuration of the land use resources andthe optimal mode of development of the industrial structure.The study concluded that: During the nearly12years the land use structure of ChengdeCity is developting to a relatively ordered state, the complexity of the land use structure isreducted, the heterogeneity is gradually weakened. The industrial structure also is developtingto a relatively ordered state, the concentration of industrial structure is enhanced, Mainlyreflected in the dominance of the secondary industry increased and the proportion of the firstand tertiary industries reducted relatively; Both the land use structure and industrial structureof the district (county) show a certain regional differences; Through the detailed analysis ofthe mutual influence characteristics and the impact mechanism of both, it shows that the two structures have a mutual influence and mutual restriction. The correlation coefficient of boththe structure and the information entropy show that the trend of changes of the land usestructure and industrial structure has an obvious correlation,the two overall variation and Thedegree of ordering of the system has a certain positive correlation; The changes in theindustrial structure of Chengde City magnitude larger, on the whole showing a growingtrend,in contrast, the changes in land use structure were relatively stable, showing a trend ofsteadily; The deviation coefficient of land use structure and industrial structure showed agradually increasing trend in general. The index of changes in industrial structure issignificantly higher than the index of changes in land use structure, and the gap is increasingyear by year, indicating that the changes in land use structure of Chengde City lags behind thechanges in industrial structure. Finally, The paper provide the policies and recommendationsto promote a interaction coordinated development of the land use structure and industrialstructure.Through the empirical analysis of Chengde City, it is proved that the research ideas andmethods that the papers selected is feasible, reveal the changes of land use structure andindustrial structure and linkages. It is revealled the changes and linkages of land use structureand industrial structure.
