Petroleum enterprise is our countrynational economy strategic energy pillar industries, involved in the competition, to improveenterprise core competitiveness requires human-oriented enterprise performance management,but at present our country the practice of performance management also handles the start stage,project management, especially for oil is more of a reference to the theory of outside, YanChang is the fourth-largest oil exploration qualification of enterprises in our country, theenterprise is in the planned economy, grew up in the earth of group company subordinateproject department have a research and practice on employee performance problems, but thereare still many problems need to be solved.The research object of this paper is to extend the oil C project team performance appraisaloptimization, first u performance research, related concepts and theories, the performance oftheory and practice both at home and abroad, on the basis of the analysis of the currentextended oil C project team performance management present situation, the main analysis ofthe existing problems, and in view of the problem analysis the existing problems of thepossible reasons, the fourth chapter discusses the extension of the oil C project teamperformance management optimization scheme, this paper expounds the extension of the oil Cproject team performance management optimization principle, evaluation subject, evaluationcycle, the WBS to define the project scope and target tasks, the establishment of evaluationindex system.
