Effective Efficient project management is an important guarantee formodern enterprise to realize the sustainable development, and the core factor togain the competitive edge. Project team performance management is a main wayfor modern enterprise to achieve an efficient project management. Manyenterprise attaches great importance to it and set up a set of system ofperformance management system for their own, but the effect of theimplementation is often not optimistic. There are very few enterprise to reallymake a suitable performance management system for their own and bring theperformance management into full play. It is worth to research, how to strengthenthe project team performance management, so as to effectively achieve the goalof enterprise strategic development goals and the project team goals. The purposeof this paper is to develop a set of scientific and reasonable performanceappraisal system through a series of theoretical research.This paper selects the performance appraisal system of the IntelligentEnergy Management(IEM) project in C company as the research object. The Ccompany is new, it have got little effect in implementing the original performanceappraisal system based on the general job description, that has not only failed toarouse the enthusiasm of the employees, and actually made the whole teamlacking of goals, so result in the low project completion rate and employeecomplain.Through in-depth studying and exploring the theory and methods ofperformance appraisal, and considering the situation of the C company operationand project features, we can evaluate the employee by adopting comprehensive360-degree evaluation method, target management and other appraisal method,and we can determine the project performance evaluation index by using a simplesort coding method, the expert method, job analysis method, etc. And we cancalculate the distribution of the index weight by Delphi method.This paper analyzes the performance management of the project team, andproposes a series of countermeasures about improving performance managementof the enterprise project team, and builds efficient project team performance management system from four aspects of performance planning, performance implementation, performance appraisal and performance feedback, in order to get a specific solutions to solve the problem of efficiency and effectiveness of performance management in C company IEM project team. At the meantime, we expect to apply this performance management system to other project management systems.
