Study Of The Establishment Of Traceability Information System On Quality And Security Of Agricultural Products

Asymmetry of agricultural products, information and the un-traceability of quality responsibility between production suppliers and consumers of agricultural products are the fundamental causes of the problem of quality and security of agricultural products. With the development of agriculture in China, there is an urgent need to establish a traceable information system covering agricultural production, processing, circulation, consumption and various links which realize information monitoring from field to table the entire time and eliminate the root causes of the quality and security problem of agricultural products, so as to improve the quality of agricultural products and enhance the international competitiveness.First of all, after fully understand the domestic and international research foundation and application situations of information system of quality and security of current agricultural products, and based on the research of a large number of domestic agricultural products of wholesale market, together with analysis of the information system of quality and security of the agricultural products, the thesis maps out main implement steps of the traceability system on the quality and security of the agricultural products as well as the relationship and functions among each sub-systems. The thesis intends to build a traceability system on the quality and security of agricultural products which emphasizes on tracing integrity management of information chain. The system establishes a three-level, central, provincial and municipal management platform as the core, relying on traceable sub-systems of production link of agricultural product, wholesale link, retail link and consumption link as the support.Secondly, from the current demand of transaction of agricultural products, by focusing on the particular circulation platform of the agricultural products of the wholesale market, the thesis clear-cuts the key position which the agricultural products of the wholesale market play in circulation field of agricultural products and quality traceability field, and describes the design idea of the quality traceability system of agricultural products of wholesale market as well as implementation scheme.On this basis, the thesis designs and develops the quality traceability system of agricultural products of wholesale market, and researches part of key technology, core processes and difficulties of the construction and implementation of the traceability system,such as the establishment of a unified coding scheme of agricultural products’ traceability andthe unified data transmission model based on XML technology. Finally, through evaluationand summary, the thesis proposes the next direction of research.
