Problems And Countermeasures Of Agricultural Products Quality Traceability System In Heyuan City

With the rapid economic and social development in our country,the people's living standards have improved,consumers' needs have become more diversified,and the requirements for product quality have become higher and higher,especially in the food sector.From the network,we can see that as long as it is news related to food safety,the response is very strong.“The people regard food as the heaven,and food and safety as the first”,while agricultural products are the most important part of people's daily food,and they are also receiving much attention from the society.In recent years,quality and safety incidents such as the addition or use of poisonous and harmful substances in agricultural products,excessive residues of agricultural and veterinary drugs and heavy metals,have occurred from time to time.Countries all over the world attach great importance to the quality and safety of agricultural products.They have strengthened their legislation and adopted a series of prevention and control measures.At present,the traceability management of China's agricultural product quality and safety is still at the exploratory stage.Since 2013,Heyuan City has started to build a traceability system for agricultural product quality,and has done a lot of work in various fields.The standardization and informatization of agricultural products,the improvement of regulatory capabilities,and the success of some enterprise trials have all been the basis for the comprehensive construction of a traceability system for agricultural product quality in Heyuan City.Through the field investigation,the author talks with the enterprise,the way of the questionnaire finds that there are the following constraints in the current system of agricultural products in Heyuan City: the enthusiasm of producers and operators is not high,the attention is insufficient,and the professional training of personnel is less;Insufficient attention at the government level and insufficient investment in construction funds;There is a short board in the system platform construction;At the consumer level,the recognition of traceability agricultural products is low.This paper analyzes the reasons for the above problems and draws lessons from the experience of agricultural product tracing systemconstruction at home and abroad.Finally,in view of the problems existing in the construction of the agricultural product quality traceability system in heyuan city,this paper puts forward some countermeasures such as improving the system regulations,increasing the research and coordination of the system,strengthening the coordinated supervision,increasing the investment of construction funds,and strengthening the publicity and training.
