Food is the paramount necessity of the people,Safety is food first requirements.In recent years,Food quality and safety problems frequently happen,Caused great damage to consumers health of body and mind,Also exposed the loopholes and problems of our country's food safety supervision work.With the rapid development of social economy,rich material life greatly,the vast majority of people is the pursuit of eat satisfied to eat well,pay attention to the quality of the food problems become more and more consumers really care about.But some of the food quality and safety not pass into the market,affect the health of consumers,damage the interests of consumers,cause very bad impact,make people suspicious of homemade food.Hubei is a very typical agriculture province in the middle area of China,"Huguang ripped the country is enough" summarizes the Hubei province agriculture important status in China.With the development of China's agriculture,as one of the major grain-producing areas in hubei province needs to be established covering agricultural production,processing,storage and transportation and sale of agricultural products quality tracking system.At all stages from farmland to table,edible agricultural products may be polluted of air,water,fertilizer,etc,and pollution can spread along the food supply chain from upstream to downstream,cause a harm to human health and ecological environment.Due to the agricultural information asymmetry between producers and consumers,quality and safety responsibility is not the tracking,led to the agricultural products quality safety problems frequently happen.The use of information technology,build a source of agricultural products and its down-stream information?ingredients?production information?processing information and to complete information,such as chain is more and more important,this kind of products history information is called the traceability information.In this paper,based on the analysis and design of quality and safety of agricultural products quality tracking system,summarizes the research at home and abroad experience and enlightenment,on the basis of this proposed this topic research purpose and meaning.And then expounds the basic theory of agricultural products quality tracking system,introduced the relevant technology of the traceability system is needed to build,follow the principle of system put forward.Then carries on the demand analysis in this paper,the quality of agricultural products tracking system,including the system functional requirements and non-functional requirements,in gradually on the basis of in-depth analysis,according to the system design principle design of agricultural products quality tracking framework model.Finally,the system design in detail,adopt the SSH(Struts + Spring + Hibernate)integration framework,select J2 EE,Ajax technology to design the whole system and function,detailed design of each subsystem and database,and finally focuses on the complete design and implementation of the quality and safety of agricultural products tracking system.
