With the rapid development of the global economy,with the gradual acceleration of the pace of urbanization,the area of urban hardening in City H has continued to increase,followed by domestic sewage and heavy rainfall,which has caused the pressure on drainage facilities in City H.This paper relies on HP Drainage Company of H City to carry out a detailed analysis and demonstration of the company,analyze the current situation of the company and the problems existing in the development strategy,and propose a feasible development strategy.Since the company is affiliated with the H-City SASAC,it is a typical natural monopoly state-owned enterprise,which can further enrich the connotation of strategic analysis and selection of enterprises,and explore practical analysis methods and reasonable means of strategic positioning.In this paper,the opportunities,threats,advantages and disadvantages of HP Drainage Company are analyzed in detail by using the peest analysis theory,Porter's "five-force model",SWOT analysis theory,and external and internal environment.This will provide a solid basis for the formulation of strategic objectives.Through the study of this article,it is found that the strong development of HP companies must first assume its social responsibilities.On this basis,it is clear that "protecting-increasing-expanding" has been adopted over the years and adopting horizontal and backward integration strategies through the construction of the "Internet + Service" model.Reducing costs and reducing costs,making use of the advantages in place,and continuously improving the competitiveness of HP companies,so that HP companies develop into large-scale collectivized companies with superior business services,supporting businesses,stable workforce,talented people,and corporate culture.
