Research On Procurement Models Of Y Chain Supermarket Based On Supply Chain

Along with the deepening of the market economy and the quickening of the integration of world economy, the competition between companies is increasingly fierce. In order to integrate and make full use of resources, and to share the information, companies begin to use supply chain management. In the21st century the new competition situation is that the competition among the enterprises has evolved to the competition among the supply chains. Procurement plays a vital role in the operation of supply chain, for companies especially for retail companies, the overwhelming majority of the main cost is the cost of procurement. Y chain supermarket is a cross-regional and multi-format chain company, it has developed rapidly since it was founded in1996. However, in recent years, there are many problems existing in Y chain supermarket’s procurement model, which will put a brake on development.Using methods of system analysis, qualitative and quantitative analysis, ABC classification, factor analysis, this paper researches the procurement model of Y chain supermarket. Firstly, this paper studies the present purchasing management situation, finds out the main existing problems and the causes of the problems; Secondly, this paper proposes a scheme to optimize Y chain supermarket’s procurement model, the scheme includes three aspects:the first one is using optimized ABC classification based on factor analysis to classify commodities according to commodities’economic degree, critical degree, difficulty of procurement and purchase lead time to take the different procure methods, the second one is to strengthen the supplier management, the third one is to evaluate and inspire staff; Thirdly, this paper studies the safeguard measures of the scheme, including establishing risk warning and control mechanism, supervising and evaluating the purchasing process, perfecting the related system, building human resources guarantee system, making full use of modern technology, enhancing corporate culture construction and evaluating the effect of the implementation.
