Shenyang Economic Zone Industrial And Urban Integration Development Research

The integrative development of industry and city is the advanced stage of citydevelopment. In this stage, the development of industry should be accommodating to thefunction of city, as the industry growing, the supporting facilities of city is tending toperfection, meanwhile, it has been in a new stage of turning and upgrading of industry.Achieving the integrative development of industry and city is the inevitable choice of citydeveloping, also the only way which must be passed.In the current society, it has been more and more normal that the city and industry arenot integrating, ignoring the perfection of city function, the developing and upgrading of citymakes the “New Town” becoming “Ghost Town”. So, how to distribute industrial structurerationally in confined space, how to deal with the relationship between industry and city,how to achieve the supportive of city function, those issues have become the most importantissues that we need to solve in developing of new district. Achieving the integrativedevelopment of industry and city is not only expanding industrial space, accelerating theindustry assembling, but also good for reducing the pressure of employment.avoiding thephenomenon of empty city causing by blind development; also good for creating the urbanindustrial system, strengthen the ability of industrial self-cycling; and helpful to promote theurbanization process, promoting the formation of urban integration, more conducive to guidethe healthy development of cities and industry.Focusing on the issues, the integrative development of industry and city of ShenyangEconomic Zone will be the theme of this paper, analyzing the issue of integrativedevelopment of industry and city, figuring out the degree of integration between the level ofindustrialization and city function level is the foothold of the integrative development ofindustry and city, and according to create assessment system of the integrative developmentof industry and city, doing qualitative and quantitative analysis on the integrativedevelopment of industry and city of Shenyang Economic Zone, expecting result the level ofthe integrative development of industry and city of Shenyang Economic Zone, byreferencing successful cases at home and abroad, putting forward countermeasure andsuggestion, achieving the health and harmonious developing of Shenyang Economic Zone.
