Research On Agglomeration Level Of Central Region Of China High-tech Service And Its Influence Factors

With the significant increase in the level of China’s economy, the domestic labor costs have begun to increase, world "processing plant" began to shift to neighboring countries, China is facing an urgent requirement for economic restructuring, known as the first choice of stimulating domestic demand. Services as the tertiary industry, for stimulating domestic demand and promote economic restructuring has a very important role in the promotion. High-tech service industry as the first army service has a high technological content and high return, related industries and strong, innovative and strong features. To develop high-tech service, on one hand it can stimulate domestic demand, increase jobs and promote economic restructuring, on the other hand it can stimulate the development and optimization of other high-tech industries and associated traditional industries. Therefore, this study that research on the agglomeration of central region of high-tech service industry level and its influence factors has great significance to promote industrial structure optimization, to create new economic growth point, and reduce the gap between the developed coastal areas.This paper summarizes the theory, comparative analysis method to establish model to study, the contents of the study include the status of the development of high-tech services in six provinces, gathering the extent and its influence factors. On the basis of the relevant data of the past ten years in the six provinces from the size and structure of the industry, this paper analyzes the current situation of the development of the central region of high-tech services such as industrial structure,development of employees,investment of fixed assets and important industries and achievements.This paper uses the Gini coefficient and space location quotient index two metrics guidelines, will be compared to the status quo and development of the central region, the central region to understand the extent of agglomeration and lead to differences in the two regions factors. On this basis, combined with the theory of the basis to establish the impact of high-tech service industry six provinces factor theoretical model, this paper gives the measures and recommendations.The study found:Firstly, the lower the degree of central six-tech service industry, but from the changing trends, the overall trend is to upward, in general, high-tech service industry prospects in six central provinces is getting better. Secondly, in the central region,the scientific research, high technology services and geological prospecting agglomeration level is the highest, and information transmission, computer services and software industry is relatively low degree of agglomeration. Again, the central region of the factors affecting the level of high-tech service industry has industrial relevance degree, human capital levels, the degree of government support, the level of information, urbanization, economic development and agglomeration economy. Finally, this paper put forward that the strategic plan should be regional economic structure, policy formulation and implementation, investment and the introduction of appropriate measures and other aspects of human capital in the mining area to accelerate the development of the central region of high-tech services.
