Research On The Formation And Influencing Factors Of The Agglomeration Of Biomedical Industry In Nanjing High-Tech Zone

Industrial agglomeration is an important phenomenon in today's world economic development and has become a hot topic in multidisciplinary studies such as economic geography,economics,management,and sociology.At the same time,technological innovation is not only the main driving force for industrial development,but also the enhancement of regional competitiveness.The key to accumulating innovation resources and building innovation centers has become the focus of attention of the industrial planning department and government decision-making bodies.As a major province of economy and a major province of science and technology,Jiangsu Province put forward the goal of“Cohesive Innovation” at the 13 th Party Congress of the province in 2016.Its purpose is to make science and technology innovation the first power to lead the province's economic development.Gathering innovation resources to enlarge and strengthen the high-tech industry is the key to the implementation of technological innovation.This article takes Nanjing High-tech Industrial Development Zone as the research object,to study its bio-pharmaceutical industry agglomeration process and its key influencing factors,which is of great significance to promote industrial development of the park.This article starts with the concept of industrial agglomeration and related theoretical research,and provides theoretical support for thesis writing by reviewing the domestic and foreign industrial agglomeration theoretical literature.At the same time,focusing on the formation of bio-pharmaceutical industry agglomeration and its influencing factors in the national-level high-tech zone in Nanjing,the development of the bio-pharmaceutical industry in Nanjing High-tech Zone was analyzed in detail from the development status of the biopharmaceutical industry at home and abroad,and the development status of the biopharmaceutical industry in Nanjing High-tech Zone.The survey and formation process andthe selection of location quotient and industry concentration are two measures to measure the degree of industrial agglomeration of the park's biopharmaceutical industry;and on the other hand,Porter's“diamond model”is used to study its influencing factors.The advantages and disadvantages of the park in the development of the biopharmaceutical industry.Finally,based on the results of the research,this paper puts forward suggestions for the development of the industry from the aspects of carrier construction,industrial structure,development environment,functional support,and park culture.
