Employees’ learning from errors is vital to the development of enterprises. The facilitation of learning behavior attracts extensive attention in theory and practice. Focused on individuals’learning from errors, this study verifies the relationship between inclusive leadership and learning from errors. Through surveying201employees from various enterprises and2times data, this paper investigates the mechanism of inclusive leadership impacts on employees’learning from errors. The results indicated that inclusive leadership was positively associated with employees’ learning from errors, and the relationship was totally mediated by positive mood and psychical safety. The relationship between inclusive leadership and positive mood, as well as the relationship between inclusive leadership and psychical safety, is moderated by employees’power distance. When the employee has a lower power distance, the relationship will be stronger. In the perspective of individuals’emotional and cognitive process, this result has implications for the theoretical understanding of the mechanism of inclusive leadership’s impacts on employees’learning from errors.
