With the development of economic globalization,the organizations should motivate their employees to consider problems from the whole in order to realize the interests of stakeholders and the healthy development of enterprises.However,in reality,the employees always think the problems of their colleagues or customers are neither their business nor responsibility,thus showing an indifferent attitude.Although the employees can keep out of the affair,the fact itself is harmful to the development of the enterprises.Therefore,the solution of how to make employees humane affects the healthy development of the enterprises.By reviewing the literature at home and abroad,the author finds that there is certain relation between inclusive leadership and pro-social rule breaking behavior of employees,but there are few theoretical and empirical research on both inclusive leadership and the relation between inclusive leadership and pro-social rule breaking behavior of employees.The thesis is based on leadership theory,social exchange theory and social learning theory,puts forward the hypotheses of theory through logical reasoning and deduction,and constructs a relationship model among inclusive leadership,self-efficacy and pro-social rule breaking behavior of employees and by using quantitative analysis to explore the influence mechanism among them in Chinese organizational context.The thesis gathers 214 samples by questionnaire and online survey.By screening,culling and finishing the data,and SPSS 20.0 for multiple linear regression analysis,the thesis draws several conclusions:(1)inclusive leadership can effectively promote pro-social rule breaking behavior of employees.Openness,accessibility and effectiveness have a significantly positive effect on pro-social rule breaking behavior of employees;Openness has a significantly positive impact on the efficiency-oriented violations,colleagues-oriented violations and customers-oriented violations;Accessibility has a significantly positive effect on efficiency-oriented violations,colleagues-oriented and customers-oriented violations;Effectiveness has a significantly positive influence on efficiency-oriented violations,colleagues-oriented and customers-oriented violations.(2)inclusive leadership helps to enhance the sense of self-efficacy.Openness,accessibility and effectiveness have asignificantly positive impact on employees' self-efficacy.(3)self-efficacy is helpful to increase the employees' pro-social rule breaking behavior.Self-efficacy has a significantly positive impact on efficiency-oriented violations,colleagues-oriented violations and customers-oriented violations.(4)the sense of self-efficacy plays a partial mediating role between the inclusive leadership and the employees' pro-social rule breaking behavior.Self-efficacy plays some intermediary role in openness and efficiency-oriented violations,and colleagues-oriented violations,and customers-oriented violations in turn;Self-efficacy plays some intermediary role in accessibility and efficiency-oriented violations,and colleagues-oriented violations,and customers-oriented violations in turn;Self-efficacy plays some intermediary role in effectiveness and efficiency-oriented violations,and colleague-oriented violations,and customers-oriented rule breaking behavior in turn.
