| The thesis introduced the current situation of application, theory development of5Smanagement, and analyzed the5S local management of COFCO Bioenergy (Yushu)Company Limited which was taken as a representitive company. Furthermore, we figuredout the issues according to the results of investigation, and then put forward the strategy toimprove5S local management in Yushu company by some analyzing tools such as teamstudying and literature analysis, which are listed as follows：1) collation and improvementof the regulations and assessment in5S management;2) Strengthening training andeducation for all employees;3) Strictly carrying out the execution;4) constantsummarization and analyses;5) promoting construction for innovation andperformance-based award system. Finally, the fact showed that the improvement ofmanagement obtains good results through the implementation of the points mentioned above.The findings may be helpful to the other corn fine processing companies for inproving theirlocal managements. |
