Study On Scale Rice Production Households Operation Behavior In Heilongjiang Province

With the development of agriculture and technology of China,which has made someachievements in agriculture and rural areas. It has realized the11increase in grain productionand farmers income.But the rapid development of China’s industrialization and urbanization, alarge number of young adults have turned to the second or the three industries from agricultureand rural area. Also influence of the external factors, such as the limitedresources, system, market and the change of climate, resulting in food security cannotbe guaranteed well. Chinese has a population of1.3billion, ensuring the food security must relyon domestic self-sufficiency. While scale rice production households are the micro basis for thenational food security, but due to the restriction of cost, price and other factors, resulting inscale rice production households’ enthusiasm has been greatly affected, threatened to nationalfood security. How to break through the current difficulties, to mobilize the enthusiasm of scalerice production households, which has become a new problem in the stable productionof grain, even it is the key problem to be solved in the theory of the sustainable development ofagriculture.Based on this,according to the actual survey data of344scale rice production householdsin heilongjiang province,first,using the method of inductive analysis from scale managementbehavior of scale rice production households logical analysis it is concluded that the scale riceproduction households scale operation’s Intrinsic motivation,which is not only economic rationand moral ration constraints, also affected by the value rationality. Second, from the scaleoperation behavior risk identification analyze the source of production risk, the risk on thecognitive aspect and the cognition of risk prevention measures.Finally it is concluded that thescale rice production households lack effective in all kinds of risk aversion in heilongjiangprovince.Third,application of data envelopment analysis (DEA) method to choose different sizerice production households production scale of efficiency(technical efficiency, pure technicalefficiency and scale efficiency) are analyzed, and it concluded that the size rice productionhouseholds choose a positive relationship with the scale production and its efficiency.Finally, according to the analysis results from the aspects of land circulation system perfect, policy support, scale rice production households risk prevention measures, improve theefficiency of scale rice production households produce, rice production households themselvesand so on aspects to elaborate developing the countermeasures of scale operation.
