The Empirical Study About The Industrial Innovation Ability Of The Capital Economic Circle

With the development of science and technology, the development of economicglobalization and integration process is more and more quickly, the era of rely on resourcesto promote economic growth has gone, and innovation in economic growth and nationalcompetitiveness enhanced contribution has been mining and attention, innovation abilityhas become an important index to measure a national competitiveness, industrialinnovation is an important part of the national innovation system.As the current focus on the development of the economic sector, the capital economiccircle including Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei province. The overall planning of the capitaleconomic circle in the National People’s Congress has been put on the agenda and started in2011. In regional planning and approval of plans that followed, this area has been paidmore attention to. The industry innovation of the capital economic circle as the object ofstudy, this paper based on the industrial innovation system theory, this paper constructs theevaluation model of capital economic circle industry innovation capability. The modelincludes the industrial technology innovation ability, industry environment supportingability, and industry market innovation ability, divided into20sub indexes. In the empiricalpart, the paper collect the latest data of30provinces in China mainland except Tibet, usingthe SPSS19statistical analysis software, and using the factor analysis method, to calculatethe industrial innovation ability of the30provinces including each part score andcomprehensive score. Based on an empirical evaluation, the paper Comparative analysisindustrial innovation ability of the capital economic circle within the scope of threeprovinces and other30provinces, and the industrial innovation ability of capital economiccircle and the Yangtze River Delta and the Pearl River Delta economic circle, get thedevelopment status and existing problems of the capital economic circle industryinnovation ability. The basic conclusions of this thesis are: the capital economic circle with the advantage of rich development environment resourc, but because of the internaladministrative barriers seriously, hinders the whole innovation ability of the capitaleconomic circle. Therefore, we must accelerate the Beijing Tianjin Hebei integrationprocess, improve the industrial innovation ability of capital economic circle from thetechnological innovation, environmental support, market innovation and so on.
