In recent years, along with the more important role of logistics in social production and people’s livelihood, the government and various industries in the society pay more attention to the development of logistics industry. The opinion that the GD Logistics Company shall adopt expanding development strategy is presented, the new service project and regional market are actively explored by relying on the national material stocking logistics network based on stabilizing current business and markets. At the operation level, the company shall adopt integration strategy, differentiation strategy and national reserve league. The enterprise organization, customer resource, capacity resource and information resource shall be integrated in the development strategy implementation process of GD Logistics Company so as to make various resource allocations of GD Logistics Company more reasonable, strengthen the core competitiveness of enterprise and provide supports for the development strategy implementation of GD Logistics Company.
