The development of economy and the material transportation of any country allcannot do without the truck, the truck has become an important transportation toolsand production materials indispensable, and plays an important role in nationaldefense construction, the material flow, basic construction, is the important guaranteeof national economy. The impact of China’s rapid economic development, thedomestic truck market has experienced rapid growth for nearly10years, themainstream of the truck enterprises realize the sustainable development, at the sametime, in our country the truck market of great temptation, well-known internationaltruck enterprises also have tentacles China. Domestic truck production enterprises toimprove their market competitiveness, have embarked on a joint venture cooperationroad, such as Dongfeng Automobile and Volvo joint venture, Beijing Futianautomobile cooperation with Daimler and so on, they have launched their flagshipproduct. FAW Jiefang is the last one still adhere to independent domestic enterprisesin the truck at present, then have to consider not only the needs of the development ofenterprise itself, but also shoulder the responsibility to resist foreign, sticking to thenational independent brand. In such a competitive environment, how to grasp theopportunity, and make the enterprise sustainable development to go down is arealistic problem faced by FAW Jiefang.Based on the FAW Jiefang company’s products as the main research object, in theenvironment of the enterprise in which the relationship between the growth rate andanalyzed the truck market demand of macro economic environment of GDP, influence of intensity change of truck transportation demand in the new normal analysis,influence of highway and railway competition changes the pattern of the truck marketanalysis is carried out to study the effects of changes in the logistics industry, thedemand for trucks to carry on the research analysis, influence the development ofregional economy on the truck industry is analyzed. Laws and regulations onenvironment limits of fuel and emission standards of card industry is analyzed, andthe management of toll by weight, overload vehicle length and width change on thetruck were carried out to study the effects of. The impact of changes in the newmainstream consumers consumer groups in the environment of the truck marketcarried out in-depth research analysis and technical environment.
