The truck as an important means of production, and plays an important role inthe national infrastructure, material flow, is the important guarantee of nationaleconomy. Domestic economic situation by the high-speed development of theincentive, the truck industry has experienced nearly10years of rapid growth, themain domestic truck enterprises to achieve sustained development, at the same time,multinational enterprises have the strategic center of gravity is shifting to China, toseek new profit point of growth in the Chinese market. At present, the majordomestic truck plant are seeking cooperation with the international automobilemanufacturers, such as Dongfeng and Volvo, Mercedes Benz heavy truck, Futianand Germany and German man companies have launched their joint ventureproducts. The liberation of the company as a domestic truck only remain completelyindependent of the enterprise, not only meet the needs of its own development,shouldering the responsibility to resist foreign trade, protection of state-owned brand,competition situation is very grim. How to grasp the opportunity, to seize the marketin the fierce competition to win the initiative, is one of the difficult problems facingthe liberation truck.In this paper, a new generation of liberation truck product--J7truck as aresearch object, the development trend of future truck industry forecast and thestatus of domestic and foreign truck industry analysis, the use of strategicmanagement theory, through the PEST analysis method, the Potter "five forces"model and competitor analysis on the external environment of Jiefang Truck products and the internal environment analysis, find opportunities to liberate J7truck faces and threats, strengths and weaknesses, through the SWOT analysis tocollect, according to the development strategy of the company to make thedifference for J7liberation truck product competition strategy, and put forward themeasures and methods to ensure the effective implementation of the strategy.This combination of industry structure model and resource comprehensiveanalysis of the factors of differentiation competitive strategy that should be takeninto account, to the liberation of the truck products based on the actual situation,theory with practice, the differentiation competition strategy formulation, strategicmeasures put forward constructive reference, provide reference to maintainsustainable competitive advantage for the liberation of J7truck, hope future ofJiefang J7truck launch help.
