In the market economy and knowledge economy is neck and neck today, givepriority to with traditional processing and manufacturing enterprise by the marketimpact and are especially strong, they more attention than any time before the abilitydevelopment of middle managers and quality promotion. JiLin Li Yuan PrecisionManufacturing Co.,Ltd founded in2000,has gone through a journey of10years ofdevelopment, the number of employees reached more than1600,and on November17,2010listed on the success of small and medium-sized board in Shenzhen.Companies from the initial small factory pattern completed to the internationalmodern enterprise development by leaps and bounds. Import and export oftechnology, application field and has reached the international advanced level,however, with the rapid development of aluminum manufacturing, and processingindustry at home, the growing source of JiLin Li Yuan Precision Manufacturing Co.,Ltd, the original company from top to bottom of the manager’s management ability,management mode and management culture has not meet the needs of rapiddevelopment now, the training of middle managers need to have a breakthrough inthese three aspects to improve, to cope with the industry in the enterprisecompetition between each other.
