The history of beer development in China is more than 120 years.Reform and opening up for decades,the beer industry has developed rapidly,since 2002,China has become the world’s largest beer market.At present,China’s beer industry began to transform and upgrade,product categories continue to enrich,product structure gradually high-end,beer companies between the competition is becoming more and more fierce,in order to achieve market competitive advantage,improves the efficiency of management and profit has become the strategic direction of the beer enterprises,builds the talent supply chain to meet the current and future development,builds perfect training system,is the important means for enterprises to achieve strategic goals.The middle managers play an irreplaceable role in the enterprise,which plays an irreplaceable role in the strategy undertaking and implementation,so the training of middle managers should be one of the focuses of enterprise human resource management.XH Company is a beer production and sales company based on Shandong market,through in-depth study of the domestic and foreign competency theory and training theory and based on middle managers as the research object,Found that the company’s existing training system for middle managers has problems such as imperfect management system,non-standard management process,unsystematic training courses,unstable trainer team,etc.Through literature research,field interviews,questionnaire survey and other methods,constructs competency model of middle managers based on company strategy,enterprise culture and key behaviors of top performers,Based on the competency model,through the accurate positioning and analysis of training needs,the scientific formulation and implementation of training plans,the enrichment of training forms,the evaluation and tracking of training effects,the construction of trainer teams and curriculum libraries,and the training of ten core competencies such as "team leadership","effective communication" and other aspects,the training system for middle-level managers has been optimized,and the guarantee and requirements have been clarified in terms of management organization,funding,and hardware resources.The research of this thesis not only improves the training management of XH Company,but also provides certain reference for the beer industry and even the Fast-moving Consumer Goods industry to study the competency and training system of middle managers,which has certain practical significance.
