Nowadays,the development of economy and science and technology is very fast.For the development of enterprises,talent is now the key factor of the core,which determines the competitiveness of the enterprise.For modern enterprises,human resources have become the key to its core competence,and it is the basic element of its dominance in the face of market competition.If the modern enterprise wants to develop better,it is necessary to realize the dynamic matching of three factors,the personnel,the organization and the post.If the enterprises want to success is to cultivate the rich experience and trained with regularity fully capable of jobs,so the talent team,for the enterprise,enhance their competency through training,is an important guarantee to realize their business goals and achieve rapid and stable and healthy development in the process of.Nowadays,many management practice and research scholars are very concerned about employee training,especially the improvement of employee competency.We hope to help enterprises get competitive advantage and improve their overall performance level.A bank always adhere to innovation and development,In order to better the development of enterprises,A bank fully recognizes the importance of talents.The A bank has been conducting internal training for staff to improve the professional talent and competence,in order to achieve higher and further strategic target,but the present training still need to be improved and enhanced in systematic and professional.This paper summarizes the existing training experience,analyzes the enterprise development needs and staff training needs analysis,constructs the competency training course system.This paper introduces the concept of middle management,training system,training course system,competency and so on,expounds the competency model,course system and training theory.It summarizes the training system based on competency perspective and designs the scientific system The paper puts forward the ideas,principles and methods of establishing the scientific training system based on the competency angle.The development of A bank and the development of human resource management can be carried out.This paper points out the problems existing in the training system of middle bank managers from the point of view of competency,and focuses on the study of the competency model and the framework of the training curriculum system.From the aspects of demand analysis,curriculum design,evaluation and evaluation Feedback and so on several aspects,combing A bank middle management training course system implementation process.
