The need of automobile greatly enhance, which stimulates the rapid development of automobile industry. The rapid development of automobile industry makes the competition more intense. How to occupy a position and win more consumers in the fierce competition is a major issue faced by each car manufacturer.As a car manufacturer, reducing cost will make the market competitiveness greatly improved. The cost of a car manufacturer mainly includes two aspects, one is the automobile production cost, the other is spare parts inbound logistics cost.The paper researched on spare parts inbound logistics, optimized the process of inbound logistics for spare parts, aimed at reducing car manufacturer’s spare parts inbound logistics cost.Inbound logistics cost of an automobile factory includes management cost, information cost, transportation cost and warehousing cost, in which transportation cost is the main part. Aiming at reducing the higher transportation cost, all links of inbound logistics process are analyzed, a Milk-run model based on demand-spilt and unilateral flexible time window is proposed in this paper firstly; and then the whole supply chain are programed by the third-party logistics enterprise, the whole logistics processing optimization is realized based on the pull production mode participated by automobile factory, the third-party logistics enterprise and suppliers. The third-party logistics enterprise makes transportation plan instead of automobile factory. Finally, the experiment result by actual data of WT and use Tabu Search to solve the problem, that indicates the way proposed in this paper can improve loading rate, reduce inbound logistics cost, and simplify inbound logistics process. Both automobile factory and suppliers can benefit from the win-win business model. Meanwhile, the paper proposes the inbound logistics information system based on Python language under Spyder circumstance. It can achieve real-time spare parts inbound logistics scheduling by using inbound logistics information system. And it can play a key role in enterprise real-time scheduling.
