"The Internet finance" has become one of the most popular words in nowdays.Especially in2013, with the "Yu’er Bao", market-oriented Chinese financial reformhas been pushed to the teeth of the storm. The Internet finance, from the sight ofinternational situation, is not a new financial ecological phenomena, but a traditionalfinancial product in the aid of processing technology,combined with the developmentof financial industry. It is a new service mode and based on the large data platform ininformation age. At present, P2P, O2O, the fund management,(such as " Yu’er Bao "etc) they have not only the function of traditional commercial bank credit, payment,exchange intermediary, but also includes the third party payment, mobile payment,network lending, the financing forms. Compared with the familiar traditional finance,the Internet finance will centralized the processing of massive user information, makethe credit data more rich and transparent, financial services transactions moreconvenient and prompty, the degree of participation of the user more deeply, andtherefore, improves the efficiency of the allocation of financial resources. The primeminister Li Keqiang proposed in2014government work report that he will promotethe healthy development of Internet finance, improve financial supervision andcoordination mechanism. It is a mark that the development status of Internet Financialhas been established.In fact, commercial banks have always been experimenting the Internet financialservices, just the name existing literal difference. It appeared accompanied by thedevelopment of network technology, namely the commercial banks "financialnetwork" business. The Internet Finance is just an external service mode of it.Internally, Financial service and products provided on internet has already becomecommon in the traditional commercial bank. So the Internet finance is not unique tothe Internet, but only a kind of financial service on the Internet forms. Traditionalcommercial banks will not be "the dinosaur in the twenty-first Century ", as long as they clarify their development strategy of traditional business in the Internet businessmodel, they are able to maintain the main channel of financial services.This paper tries to study on the development of channel, the existing products,financial strength, customer base and brand influence of the Construction Bank,compary the product characteristics, origin, target customer groups and itsdevelopment situation with Internet finance to find its advantages, disadvantages anddevelopment opportunities for the Chinese Construction Bank compared to theInternet finance, analys the existing customer’s financial needs situation, research onthe ways to improve the future financial services satisfaction rate, especially throughthe Development of network Financial Business, to solve the Red Sea bottleneckproblems in the traditional business model of commercial banks, and find the new‘blue Ocean’, which is the core factors dealing with the Internet finance.China Construction Bank Jilin branch, as the traditional state-owned commercialbank, after years of development, its financial network already has a considerableinfluence on the brand and strong customer base, Today, the Internet finance developslike a raging fire, we should give full play to the original professional advantage,brand advantage, infrastructure and credit advantages, etc, integrate the existingphysical channels and electronic channels, comprehensively plan network bankbusiness, grasp the nature of the Internet law and its commercial pattern, starting fromthe customer experience, and customer segmentation management strategy, put theInternet financial as the development and supplement of the original business,improve the existing product line and service channel, accelerate technologyinnovation and service transformation, and in the end keep the lasting competitiveadvantage under the situation of internet rate’s overall marketization.Therefore, through the empirical analysis to the Internet banking development ofthe Chinese Construction Bank, starting from the market environment, to feel thepulse of traditional bank’s development train of thought facing the Internet finance, toimprove the network financial competitiveness of the Construction Bank, andenhance the comprehensive ability of management, this espape provides significantthe oretical and realistic value to commercial banks when dealing with interest ratemarketizing issues.
