As a new form of agricultural tourism, agritourism combines the basic features and functions ofagriculture and tourism, which merges agricultural production, agricultural landscape and agriculturalculture into the field of tourism projects, providing people with the recreation, ecology, and healthycountry life, enjoying the fun and idyllic agricultural space as well. This article takes Huchen town forexample to analysis and explore the basic elements of agricultural tourism.1. From December2012to June2013, this article has a investigation and visit to12agritourismcases in Hangzhou city, Ningbo city, Linan county-level city, Fenghua county-level city, and Ninghaicounty of Zhejiang province, analyzing and researching the status of the agricultural industry,agricultural landscape construction, and rural tourism project development and so on.2. Refering to a large number of domestic and foreign agritourism basic information, analyze itscurrent development, the development of content, the main types of basic functions, trends and othertheories. Meanwhile, on the basis of literature research, compares and analyzes some excellent cases,proposes agricultural industry, agricultural landscape, agricultural culture are the three basic levels ofagritourism development.3. This article made a comprehensive survey of the Huchen town agriculture and tourismresources, for the study of its geographical location, natural conditions, social development, agriculturalinfrastructure, rural tourism and so on, and it analyzed the development of Huchen town’s agritourismfoundation and advantages.4. Finally, on the basis of the investigation, for resources and industry of Huchen town, this articleplans to layout for Huchen town’s development of modern leisure tourism benefit agriculturedemonstration, and put forward the "eight districts as one triaxial" overall development strategy, whichintegrated agritourism resources of Huchen town, and designed10agritourism projects from the threeaspects of agricultural industry, agricultural landscape and agricultural culture.
