Evaluation of the rural landscape in Shenyang region"Three agriculturalproblems" in our country need to solve the problem in the socialist construction. Withthe gradually accelerate the pace of building new countryside, the rural landscapestyle is undergoing tremendous changes. In the existing rural planning andconstruction, urbanization and local cultural conflicts serious: ignoring the localsocio-cultural research and local cultural values, planning more emphasis onmodernization, imitation learning, lacking of the original eco-mode and protectingmode of life, lead to the planning results that are neither recognized by the majority offarmers. Of course, they can not achieve urban intensification, information technologyand standardization advantage. Monotony of urbanization is not conducive to thedevelopment of rural landscapes, and even a threat to the survival of the rurallandscape. Only reasonable new rural construction of maintaining the characteristicscan play a role.Poor landscape planning due to lack of an objective, logical landscape evaluationsystem. A reasonable evaluation system can not only specify landscape orientation,but also can be able to find the problem, optimize landscape design, target the keyfactor. Studies have shown that a reasonable quality of rural landscape can promoterural development, agricultural progress and improve living standards of farmers, helpour country solve three problems about countryside,agriculture and farmers. RuralLandscape Planning in China started late and still in constant development. Especiallyregional landscape is scarce. In recent years the rapid development of rural landscapein Shenyang area, but related evaluation model has no been built up. Establish ascientific, rigorous, highly important means of traceability landscape evaluationsystem is essential for the healthy development of the rural landscape in Shenyangregion and also to solve the bottleneck of the development of agriculture. This articlebased on cluster analysis and characteristics of rural landscape in Shenyang Areaproposes the evaluation system.Through the analysis of the literature and the current situation in the pastShenyang regional rural landscape landscape residential building land, roads andsquares land landscape, green space landscape, clustering other land landscapeanalysis, the basic features of the rural landscape in Shenyang. Under the concept ofsustainable development, landscape design theory to guide summarizes results rural landscape design people-oriented, sustainable development, cultural context, naturaloptimization, phased implementation, emphasizing the overall optimization,heterogeneity, and ecological, social, economic three combining efficiencycharacteristics. In rural landscape evaluation, follow integrity, characteristics,sustainable, people-oriented, concise scientific objectivity, hierarchy, quantifiable andoperability principles, the use of AHP and fuzzy mathematics method, based onestablished Shenyang regional characteristics of the rural landscape evaluation system,and the use of AHP evaluation process, the weights are processed and eventuallyestablished based livable degrees, rural landscape scenic beauty, rural landscapedifferences in degree, based on the rural landscape of the growth of the rurallandscape in Shenyang five dimensions of rural landscape evaluation system areas.Through case, the use of questionnaires and field research to obtain first-hand data,scientific data processing through the final experimentally demonstrated, proved thefeasibility of the established evaluation system can guide the rural villages of similarplanning evaluation, the relevant departments to carry out the work provided forreference and reflection.
