Research On Influence Factors Of Stability Of Supply Chain Cooperation Relationships Of Construction Enterprise In EPC Project

Along with the high-speed development of the construction industry, the traditionalproject management model has been gradually showing its limitations.Supply chainmanagement as one of the most advanced enterprise operation management theories atpresent,is not only an opportunity to manufacturing enterprises, but also to the construction industry.The construction industry introduced to the supply chain management has been the trend ofThe Times.But because it is not a long time that construction industry introduced the supplychain management, there also has some problems, unstable supply chain cooperationrelationship urgently to be solved.The stability of the supply chain cooperation relationshipscan not only keep the efficient operation of supply chain, but also can effectively preventsupply chain risks, at the same time it can also encourage enterprises in the supply chain toachieve the purpose of "win-win".This role is of great significance not only for generalconstruction enterprises, but also for the EPC project construction enterprises.Based on the above analysis, how to keep the stability of supply chain cooperationrelationships of construction enterprise in EPC project, researching on the influence factors ofthe stability of supply chain cooperation relationships of construction enterprise in EPCproject is paramount.This paper tries to use grounded theory to identify to the influencefactors of the stability of supply chain cooperation relationships of construction enterprise inEPC project, establish the conceptual model of influencing factors, and analyze theinfluencing factors model, further use PSO to analyze the importance ofthe various influencefactors, in order to adopt appropriate measures to promote the stability of supply chain ofconstruction enterprise in EPC project is paramount. Related ideas as follows:Firstly, review and comment the literature of construction supply chain managementCooperation Relationships and the stability of supply chain, systematically expound thetransaction cost theory, asymmetric information theory and equity theory.Then systematicallyexpound the formation and development, definition, structure, types, characteristics of supplychain management and construction supply chain management.Secondly, introduce the EPC mode and analyze the feasibility ofimplementingconstruction supply chain management in EPC project.Combined with thecharacteristics of EPC pattern as well as to the definition of the supply chain management, thedefinition and characteristics of construction supply chain management in EPC project isgiven.Combining with the concept of supply chain cooperation relationships and the meaningof stability, the definition and characteristics of the stability of supply chain cooperationrelationships of construction enterprise in EPC project are defined. At last, systematicallyintroduce the building process of the stable supply chain cooperation relationships in EPCproject.Thirdly, chose a method to identify the influence factors of the stability of supply chain cooperation relationships of construction enterprise in EPC project, thenintroduce thegrounded theory. Through collecting the datas, open coding, spindle coding,selective coding,the reliability test, the data saturation test, finally identify the various influence factors andestablish concept model of the stability of supply chain cooperation relationships ofconstruction enterprise in EPC project.Finally, use PSO to analyze the importance of the various influence factors of thestability of supply chain cooperation relationships of construction enterprise in EPC project.In order to analyze the importance of the various influence factors, the basic principle,parameter and the basic flow of PSO are introduced. This paper designs questionnaires,collects datas, tests the reliability, then uses MATLAB to process the datas.
