Research On Influence Factors Of Construction Supply Chain Robustness Under EPC Mode

Abstract/Summary:
Because of the complexity, temporary and dynamic,the EPC construction supply chain often suffer from interference and destruction of various kinds of uncertainty brought by internal operation and external incident in the running process inevitably. Lots of internal and external uncertainty in the EPC construction supply chain make EPC construction supply chain fragility,and more vulnerable. It’s would have had a very detrimental effect for strengthening the competitiveness of the construction industry,even the national. Therefore,boosting the resistance of EPC construction supply chain to the uncertainty is very important.The dissertation had done a lot of literature review on the studies of EPC construction supply chain, construction supply chain’s uncertainty, the supply chain’s robustness, redefined the participants of EPC construction supply chain,and defined the concept of EPC construction supply chain’s robustness. Secondly,the dissertation designed the model of the influencing factors of the robustness of EPC construction supply chain by comparing the predecessors’ research ideas about robustness of supply chain. There were 3 first level indexs of the conceptual model were established composed by supply chain elasticity,supply chain effectiveness and supply chain task environment from two separate aspects of internal supply chain and external supply chain. Then the dissertation constructed the index system of influencing factor of the robustness of EPC construction supply chain,refined 9 second level indexes,including supply chain bottleneck capacity,supply chain flexible,supply chain emergency capacity,supply chain network reliability,supply chain partnership,supply chain information sharing level,supply chain resources provider,supply chain service object, supply chain competitor,and theoretically analyzed them one by one. Former three factors are the influencing factor of supply chain elasticity; among the three factors are the influencing factor of supply chain effectiveness; the next three factors are the influencing factor of supply chain task environment. Finally,the dissertation analyzed these factors prioritization. Selecting the particle swarm optimization as the analysis method,and introduced the particle swarm optimization’s basic principle,the parameters and the basic processes. According to the characteristics of construction industry and actual situation of EPC construction supply chain, the dissertation designed evaluation item for these influencing factors and framed the questionnaire of these influencing factors. Then,there were 350 mid-level managers from the construction industry were investigated about the appraisement of the importance degree of these influencing factors in the form of print and electronic,and there were 243 validated questionnaire were recycled. The self- composed questioning paper was used with application of SPSS software for reliability test and Matlab software for data processing according to the steps particle swarm Optimization strictly. Once have the number of iterations and the optimal value change curve of various influencing factors,sorting the importance degree of various influencing factors.The dissertation highlighted the research on robustness of EPC construction supply chain, defined the concept of robustness of EPC construction supply chain, identified the EPC robustness factors of construction supply chain,analyzed the importance degree of the various influencing factors of robustness of EPC construction supply chain,laid the foundation for the application and the category of research on the robustness of supply chain in the construction industry,made up the shortcomings of supply chain robustness application at some level under a sector specific background,and provided some beneficial theoretical support for generating strategy of promoting the robustness level of EPC construction supply chain.
