Based On The Theory Of Supply Chain The Icelandic Embassy Construction Engineering Project Material Urchasing Management Optimization

With the constant improvement of supply chain management of theory system and its application in manufacturing and retail industry, more and more scholars and experts in the field of the construction project start to research how to apply the thoughts of supply chain management in engineering construction. Abroad study of the construction supply chain was much earlier and most of them focused on the local specific problems with detailed and deep research. Domestic research on construction supply chain is slow and still in the introduction stage.The key points of this thesis are to absorb foreign scholars of the supply chain theory, combining the relevant domestic research, the Chinese Embassy in Iceland project material purchasing management in supply chain theoryintroduced and applied research, analysis of the Chinese Embassy in Iceland materials purchasing management problems of the project, the application of the theory of supply chain to optimize the management, material procurement management optimization scheme is put forward. The main research work and achievements are as follows:(1)First of all, classification according to the Chinese Embassy in Iceland to the procurement of materials for analysis. Using the ABC classification method to find the main material and introduction of centralized purchasing management thinking to control the whole engineering materials of the purchasing management.(2)For the problems in the supplier management of the material purchasing in the Chinese Embassy in Iceland in the engineering project, builds the fuzzy evaluation model based on maximum membership degree.(3) For the problemsin the material inventory management of purchasing management in Chinese Embassy in Iceland project, put forward the optimization scheme of the project under the perspective of supply chain inventory management in Chinese Embassy in Iceland and build the economic order quantity (EOQ) model.The aims of this thesis are tointroduce the theory of supply chain, break the traditional inherent project procurement management mode and study and practicethe project material purchasing management in Chinese Embassy in Iceland. The specific problems of the form has certain technical content and characteristics of management methods, so as to apply to more similar engineering and make the study with more practical research value.
