Heilongjiang Province, farmer cooperativesoperating mechanism on this basis, can in large agricultural background, analyzes the developmentpath of farmer cooperatives, improve the operational mechanism. The purpose is to furtherpromote the standardized operation of Heilongjiang Province, farmer cooperatives, improveoperational efficiency, to help the long-term sustainable development of farmer cooperatives. Inexpanding the scale of production in agriculture, enhance the degree of organization of farmers,improve the quality of agriculture-related employees, innovative business model of agriculturalproduction, effectively promote the modernization of agriculture has important practicalsignificance.In this paper, literature review and field research are summarized and the method of operationof the mechanism of Heilongjiang Province, farmer cooperatives were related research. Firstly, theconnotation and the role of farmer cooperatives to further clarify the significance of HeilongjiangProvince, farmer cooperatives operating mechanism. According to the relevant literature and theresults of field research, understand the characteristics of the development status and developmentof Heilongjiang Province farmer cooperatives and farmer cooperatives process itself and run theproblems. Finally, propose the perfect Heilongjiang farmer cooperatives operating mechanism ofthe relevant measures.We draw the following conclusions:（1）In recent years the number of Heilongjiang Province, the rapid growth of farmercooperatives, cooperative service areas are more extensive, Heilongjiang Province, farmercooperatives mainly in the western and southern regions, the northern part of the small number ofco-operatives, and currently only specialized cooperative farmers running alone, but also have atendency to " union " in the form of development, cooperation between cooperatives more closely. Built from the cooperative ’s ownorganizational perspective, there are a number of management is not perfect, operations are notstandardized, managers and members quality is not high enough, the scale of operation is not bigenough and self-development capacity is not enough foot problems; From the aspect ofco-operatives operating mechanism, there is a distribution of benefits mechanism is not perfect,the information platform is not sufficient, competitive mechanism is weak and other issues.(4) For the above problems, or suggestions put forward countermeasures, including:improving the internal management mechanism, improve the mechanism for the distribution ofbenefits, and improve information-sharing mechanism, improve personnel training mechanism,improve the cooperative mechanism of competition, thereby protecting the cooperative andefficient operation.
