Study On The Development Path Of Village Collective Econemy In Longquan,Zhejiang Province

Village collective economy is not only an important part of the national economy,but also themain body of the rural economy. Studies on how the less developed areas grow village collectiveeconomy is not only an important task of building a well-off rural areas,under the constraction of anew socialist countryside,but also a political issue of improving the ruling ability of rural grassrootsorganizations and achieving sustainable and stable development. At the same time, it also plays animportant role in enhancing the economic vitality of the entire region and promoting local harmony.This paper takes Longquan city in Zhejiang Province for example.It investigates thedevelopment path of the village collective economy.It discusses several aspects: First, it showstheoretical research results on the village collective economic development at home and abroad. Italso makes an analysis of some national village collective economic development modes,their maindevelopment paths, and problems,as well as some development of foreign economic cooperation.Second, it reviews the present condition of modes village collective economy in the developed areasin Zhejiang,typical cases and inspirations.Third, it analyse the current situation of Longquancollective economic development and shows four typical modes(industrial project in Shuinan villagein Jianchi Subdistrict,to develop based on the utilization of landscape resource in Zhoutiao village inZhulong town,to develop based on typical industry in Xiaohuangnan Village in Shangyang town, andto develop setting up propertise in Qingshan Village in Badu town). The study divides the444villagesin Longquan into several kinds according to the standards of village in the city,suburbanvillage,central village in the town,and village in the highland,and discusses their significance.Fourth,it lists five main problems in village collection economy in Longquan.Fifth, it presents some specificsolutions.(1.Set a clear levelopment goal based on local conditions.2.Strengthen governmentsupport,and optimize the development environment.3.Explore effective ways to strengthen theeconomic foundation.4.Strengthen supervision, and improve the collective accumulation.5.
