With the development of global economy, the international community more andmore attention to climate change, mitigation of greenhouse gas emissions has becomean important task for all countries. Textile is one of the most competitive China exportproducts. Since2000, the international market share of more than10%China textiles, ranks first in the world. China Textile Import and export trade although brought alarge number of employment opportunities, increase the trade surplus, but alsoconsumes a lot of resources and serious pollution of the environment. From theperspective of low carbon economy and the distinction of being the internationalcarbon emission reduction responsibility angle, the textile industry should be paidmore attention, which not only have a more clear understanding of actualconsumption countries for carbon emissions and carbon emissions generated byinternational trade transfer problem, also is advantageous to the carbon emissionreduction responsibility for re examination. This paper first analysis of China’s textile output, export trade and environmentalbehaviors, and then use the assessment of China Textile1995-2011years of exporttrade Embodied Carbon input and output method, based on the above analysis, theestablishment of measurement model analysis of the factors affecting the textileexport trade Embodied Carbon, studies show that the textile export trade impliedregression relationship between carbon and textile exports, textile the consumption ofenergy and chemical industry contribution to the textile output rate significantly. Theexport of Chinese textiles trade growth rate increase by1%, the embodied carbonemissions growth rate of the average increase of0.37%; the coefficient of elasticity ofenergy consumption of0.36; chemical industry of textile output contribution rateincrease by1%, textile embodied carbon emissions will increase1.41%.
