Research On The Influence Of Core-enterprise Leadership On EISN Performance

In the rapid development of internal and external economic environment and severeresource consumption environment, Eco-industrial Parks (EIPs) arises at the historicmoment.As the key organization form of EIPs, Eco-industrial Symbiosis Network (EISN) hasbeen widely development.EISN not only adapt to the external competition environment, savethe cost, and bring more resources and competition advantage for each node enterprise, andrealize economic benefits, environment benefits and society benefits.Before many scholarsfrom the macro aspect and the stability of the overall network perspective to the research ofEISN, and neglect from individual and the enterprise level to study the impact of singleenterprise to the entire network.So, from the micro level, to explore the core-enterpriseleadership impact on the performance of EISN.Firstly, background and significance of this study are described, and then we summariesthe relevant research results through studying the relevant theory.Based on reviewing thetheory of leadership, industrial symbiosis, coordination and performace, deductive reasoningfor the logical relationship between studying objects is done.The main research hypothesis is：the core-interprise leadership has direct positive promoting effet to EISN coordination,EISNcoordination has a positive promoting effect to EISN performance.And through the fieldsurvey and the interview, questionnaire investigation, data collection is completed.And usingstructural equation modeling(SEM), the empirical analysis is carried on, and verify thehypothesis.Secondly, using SPSS18.0and AMOS17.0software on the questionnaire data collectedfrom the following analysis：the descriptive statistics analysis, the reliability and validityanalysis, correlation analysis and SEM analysis, and draw the following conclusions:(1）thethree dimensions of core-enterprise leadership has a direct positive role in promoting networkperformance:(2) the four dimensions of EISN coordination has a positive role in promotingthe ecological efficiency and relationship quality of EISN performance, but the effect onoverall performance is not confirmed:(3) the relationship quality has a positive role inpromoting the overall performance of EISN performance.According to the result of empirical research, it can be concluded that the maininnovation points of this article is:(1) from the core enterprise level, the selection of EISNcoordination perspective to research network performance, and the core-enterprise leadershipin EISN is divides into influence, controling and leading in three dimensions, the EISNcoordination is divided into commitment, trust, cooperation and resource sharing, and theEISN is divided into ecological efficiency, relationship quality and whole performance. Thendemonstrate relationship between the core-enterprise leadership and EISN performancethrough EISN coordination, help to fully understand the core enterprise on the influence ofEISN, and the research perspective is new.(2) to build the relation model of core-enterpriseleadership, EISN coordination and EISN performance, and verify the role of the path between them by SPSS and AMOS software. And further discusses the mediation role of EISNcoordination in these relationships, it helps to rich the theory and practice of EISN.Finally, the limitations of this research were summarized, and the relevant research in thefuture was prospected.
