Research On The Influence Of Network Capability And Network Structure On Core Enterprise Leadership

With the development of strategic emerging industries,technological innovation network has played an important supporting role in the innovation activities and has gradually become the source of the core competitiveness and national innovation advantages.As a result,more and more enterprises are trying to form or join the technological innovation network.In the development of technological innovation network,some enterprises with strong resources or capabilities have gradually become the leaders in the network by occupying the core position and these enterprises are the core enterprises in the network.As the emerging of technological innovation network and the research of core enterprises,the core enterprise leadership has gradually attracted our attention.Through the literature review,it is concluded that the current research on the leadership of the core enterprises has focused on the mechanism of the technological innovation network,but less on the formation mechanism of the core enterprises leadership.As the managers and coordinators of network,core enterprises play an indispensable role in the development of technological innovation network.The research on the formation path of core enterprise leadership has a positive effect on the development of the member enterprises and the entire network.Based on the theoretical research of core enterprise leadership and its influence factors,this paper constructs the relationship model of network capability,network structure and core enterprise leadership and divides core enterprise leadership into three dimensions: leading,control and coordination to explore the influence by the network capability and the network structure.Through the method of theoretical exploration,questionnaire survey and empirical research,the conclusions are as follows:The results show that the network planning capability and the network management capability has a significant positive impact on the leading,control and coordination.The contact intensity and the network center degree also have significant positive influence on the leading,control and coordination.In addition,the network planning capability and the network management capability has a significant positive impact on the contact intensity and the network center degree.The research conclusions in this paper has enriched the theoretical research on the leadership of the core enterprises in the technology innovation network and has unearthed a scientific path to enhance the leadership of core enterprises.It has played a positive role in the improvement of core enterprise leadership and the development of technological innovation network.
