It is an important approach, which establishes eco-industrial symbiosis system imitating natural ecological system to deal with the increasingly serious resource and environmental problems. Eco-Industrial Park (Eco-Industrial Park, EIP) is a new form of industrial organization based on the theory of circular economy and industrial ecology principles. Eco-Industrial Symbiosis Network (Eco-Industrial Symbiosis Network, EISN) is the core process of building eco-industrial park, it essentially transforms the traditional industrial development models "resources - products - waste" into "resources - products - renewable resources - recycled products", help optimize the material, energy and other resources, and realize "win - win" of the economic and environmental benefits, and then establish the sustainable economic system. Building the enterprises supply relationship of raw materials is the key point of construction of Eco-Industrial Symbiosis Network. Moreover, the material supply relationship is corresponded to the input and output relationship. Development model and symbiosis path are analyzed systemically by using the Input-outpur analysis and eco- industrial theory, then input-output model of EISN constructed. Kalundborg Eco-Industrial Park and Industrial Park Guigang national model of ecological industrial symbiosis network are taken input-output model as illustrative examples.This thesis analyzes the relationship between the eco-industrial symbiosis networks and natural ecosystems, and indicates that the eco-industrial symbiosis network system is an industrial system imitated natural ecosystems, according to the food chain and the network of natural ecosystems of material and energy flow cycle. In addition, the thesis gives a conclusion that eco-industrial symbiosis system is a complex giant system, composed of social, economic, environment system and a modern industrial development model operated based on the basic principles of ecology, economics, technical sciences, with the characteristics of open, complex, and multilevel nature of evolution.Secondly, compared with the traditional model of economic development, this thesis proposes the development model of EISN, and re-divides the department according to the flow of resources.Then the formation mechanism of EISN is analyzed through the factors of economy, society and environment factors and resources. Two symbiosis paths of resource are described. At the end, this thesis classifies the operation mode of EISN from the view of geographical features, corporate status, business relationships and business interests.Then redefined resources of EISN, and divided the resources into natural resources, processing resources, human resources, waste of resources. On the description of resources symbiosis process of EISN, it proposed 12 resource paths and gave a detailed analysis one by one, finally summarized the path of symbiosis of resources model.Then, by analysis of eco-industrial symbiosis network system gave the assumptions accordingly, including the consumption structure of the main assumptions and consistency of both operational assumptions, and then established six corresponding sectors: manufacturing sector, consumer sector, the middle sector, renewable resources department, department of waste recycling, waste recycling processing units based on six key links of EISN. In addition, constructed the physical input-output table model of EISN accordingly and compared with the traditional model. By the analysis of the physical input-output table based on the advantages and disadvantages, it introduced and analyzed the value input-output table and model.Finally, take the Kalundborg Eco-Industrial Park and Industrial Park Guigang national model of ecological industrial symbiosis network input-output model as an illustrative example, concluded the establishment of the Kalundborg Eco-Industrial Park and Industrial Park Guigang national model input-output table and analyzed the co-benefits, then demonstrated significances of input-output of EISN.
