Small And Medium-sized Listed Company’s Financial Strategy Research

As one of the important areas of financial management research, financial research has been promoted to the important strategic height. In recent years, small and medium-sized listed companies have played a more and more important role in the provincial economic development, with China’s WTO accession and economic transformation.In shandong province, small and medium-sized listed companies not only injected fresh blood for economic development, at the same time improved the competitiveness of shandong province. Therefore, we should study the financial strategic management of small and medium-sized listed companies in shandong province and introduce the theory of strategy management into financial management field, create competitive platform and they will greatly promote the economic development of small and medium-sized listed companies in shandong province and play a positive role in promoting economic structure adjustment optimization.This paper bases on the small and medium-sized listed companies in shandong province as the research object. On the basis of consulting a large number of relevant research literature of financial strategy and financial strategy matrix, this paper analyses the current situation of financial and strategic application of small and medium-sized listed companies in our province. By building a financial strategy matrix model, this article applies the method of quantitative analysis and mathematical statistics on analyzing the value of the small and medium-sized listed company status and financial status which includes the analysis of return on invested capital, sales growth, sustainable growth rate and the cost of capital rate. We Combine with the four financial indicators to clarify the position of small and medium-sized listed companies in the financial strategy matrix. And then it tests the rationality of the classification of financial strategy matrix and examine the rationality of the value status and financial status classification respectively in order to come to the conclusion. According to the theory of financial strategy matrix, we put forward concrete strategy of investment, financing and profit distribution.When making financial strategy, I hope this article can provide theoretical and practical significance of reference for small and medium-sized listed companies in shandong province in order to further promote the development of the company as a whole.
