Along with the development of the information age, Internet company in China grows rapidly, rapid development needs more high-quality employees. But the employee engagement in China is not high, and the employee creativity is not strong. Therefore, to improve the employee engagement, creativity, and increase the stability of the employees become a problem urgently to be solved in the Internet industry in China.In recent years, China’s enterprises begin to pay close attention to the problem of employee engagement, discussion of low employee engagement in China is hot. On one hand, the employee engagement are closely linked to the employee individual performance and the company performance; on the other hand, if the company owns the employees who have high engagement, it will grow rapidly and finally win in the competition.Organizational commitment is to point to the identity of the employees to the enterprise values, leads to a sense of belonging to the organization, performance for employees on the values and behavior are highly consistent with enterprise. If the enterprise and employees have a high degree of identity, it is bound to be reflected in the specific work.In this paper, the Internet industry as the breakthrough point, this paper discusses the current situation of employee organizational commitment and employee engagement and research under the condition of different background variables, the differences of employees’ organizational commitment and employee engagement. At the same time the relationship between an in-depth study and research in this field to enrich.This paper first discusses the study of organizational commitment and employee engagement reviews, including the definition, dimensions and outcome variables such as before. On the basis of predecessors’ research, to build the Internet industry employees organizational commitment to the role of employee engagement model, and proposes the research hypothesis and set variables, release questionnaire, etc. For the recycling questionnaire, using the statistical software SPSS for descriptive analysis, variance analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis. Finally, an empirical study on the following conclusions.(1) Through the descriptive analysis, can be learned from, in general, the Internet industry employees’ organizational commitment and employee engagement situation is not very desirable, it remains to be improved.(2) Through the analysis of the difference under different background variables can infer the staff organizational commitment and employee engagement will be different, that in the future to improve employee engagement or organizational identity can provide certain guidance.(3) Through the correlation analysis, which can be concluded that the Internet industry employees’ organizational commitment and employee engagement is significant positive correlation. Specifically, we will be divided affective organizational commitment, valuation and cognitive three dimensions, could be divided into organizational engagement and employee engagement work engagement of two dimensions. The study confirms that affective, and evaluative dimension of organizational commitment and employee engagement work, organization dimensions have significant positive correlation. Cognitive dimension and organization engagement only dimension there is significant positive correlation.(4) Finally, it is concluded that organizational commitment as a whole and the three dimensions were significantly predicted to employee engagement, from its important degree, in turn, is the affective dimension of organizational commitment, evaluative dimension of organizational commitment and cognitive dimension of organizational commitment.According to the research conclusion of this article, at the end of the article, the ascension of employee engagement for the Internet industry to provide some meaningful advice.
