In the era of the Internet +,the software industry ushered in the outbreak period at the same time,the software industry is increasingly fierce competition,innovation is the motive force of development of software industry,so talent become the important resources in the software industry.Skilled workers and software industry is the source of enterprise technology innovation,but the software industry has its own characteristics,technical staff,primarily great mobility,high turnover rate,the problem such as the lack of a sense of belonging.So,for NanChang area of software enterprise,how to improve the staff’s work enthusiasm,work engagement,team cohesion,staff stability is crucial to the development of software enterprises.The purpose of this paper is to explore the NanChang area under the background of the software industry,Nnchang software industry technical staff organizational commitment and engagement of the status quo,and further study on influence of different variable factors on the organizational commitment of skilled workers,find out the inherent law,at the same time to the mechanism of action of between organizational commitment and employee engagement.This paper based on the employee organizational commitment and engagement and related literature at home and abroad,and combined with the characteristics of the software industry technical staff to build research model and proposes the research hypothesis,finally validated by empirical research method.This article USES the SPSS19.0 software statistical tools for recycling questionnaire data statistics analysis,made a descriptive statistics analysis,variance analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis,according to the analysis results verify the hypothesis,the following conclusions:(1)through the descriptive statistics analysis found that the software industry technical staff’s organizational commitment is generally low,and needs to be improved.(2)found through the analysis of the differences between gender the three dimensions of organizational commitment and employee engagement of two dimensions have no significant effect.Significant age difference,degree of organizational commitment and employee engagement in variou s dimensions have significant differences,as time has significant differences on the five dimensions,scale of organization in affective organizational identification,valuation organization identity,work ethic and dedication four dimension difference is remarkable.(3)through the related analysis found that organizational commitment and employee engagement as a whole has significant correlation.(4)through the regression analysis can be used to predict employee organizational commitment to employee engagement,the three dimensions of predicting strength of evaluating organizational identification and cognitive,affective organizational identity recognition.Finally,according to the empirical study conclusion,in order to improve the nanchang area software industry technical employee engagement to provide improvement measures.
