A Study On Organization Of Agricultural Products Circulation Based On The Evolution Game Theory

China is a large agricultural country, in which agriculture is an important basic industry of the national economy. Whether going smooth the circulation of agricultural products is will influence the development of agriculture. The circulation of agricultural products is a bridge between manufacture and sell,which transfers agricultural supply and demand information,realizing the value and use value of agricultural products as well as promoting the rational allocation of agricultural resources and the adjustment of agricultural structure. This means the circulation of agricultural products is not only related to the interests of farmers and consumers,but also related to the modernization of agriculture and rural economic development.However, a few problem exist in the process of agricultural products circulation, such as the low lever of the organization of the circulation, a lack of effective competition and cooperation, excessive circulation of agricultural products, the lack of effective integration between the various sectors, market information lag, poor circulation efficiency, resulting in the middle part of the layers increases monopoly significantly raise the retail price. As the flow of the main organizational inefficiencies, market information lag, low bargaining position,resulting in poor circulation, inefficient, distribution costs are too high. Therefore, the circulation of agricultural research organizations, strengthening the organization of circulation of agricultural products is the key to improving the quality and efficiency of agricultural products circulation.Until now, the majority of researchers have chose case analysis to study the circulation organizations of agricultural products when other scholars use game theory methods from the transaction cost perspective to make a revenue-cost analysis between different agricultural products circulation subjects, but mostly under the assumptions of perfect information and unlimited rationality. There is no analysis of the impact of differences between the main flow of the results of the game.In this situation, this paper will use the dynamic evolutionary game method to analyse the dynamic game between different subjects of the circulation of agricultural products, which is in the assumptions of incomplete information and limited rationality.Firstly, based on the previous research, this paper determine the two meanings of circulation of agricultural organizations, which tend to study the dynamic meaning that is organizational processes between the main circulation of agricultural products. Secondly, after describing the evolutionary history of agricultural products circulation organization, this paper is going to tell the main forms of circulation of agricultural organizations. By comparing the advantages and disadvantages of each, it will make a conclusion of agricultural products circulation problem. From the analysis results, the main flow of cooperation and competition between the different relationships between the main flow of the formation process will exist footing, forces uneven, difficult to eliminate opportunism, bounded rationality under contract incompleteness and other issues, leading to cooperation cost increases, ultimately affecting the stability of the circulation of agricultural organizations.Again, the research on the agricultural circulation organizations is exactly talking about the competing relationship between different subjects. This paper will use the dynamic evolutionary game method to analyse the dynamic game between different subjects of the circulation of agricultural products, which is in the assumptions of incomplete information and limited rationality.Finally, this paper will put forward countermeasures for Chinese specific national conditions to improve the degree of organization.
